How to Pay & Read your Bill
You may pay your bill through our SmartHub App available in the mobile app store or online at https://swrea.smarthub.coop/Login.html, kiosks are open 24/7 at all of the Southwest Arkansas Electric co-op offices, over the phone by using our automated phone system at (855) 939-3697, or by mailing a check with the bottom portion of your bill to Four States Fiber, PO Box 1807, Texarkana, TX 75504-1807.
Bank Draft (AutoPay)
Four States Fiber’s AutoPay is the most convenient and reliable way to pay for your service. When you sign up for Auto Pay, your bill is automatically paid on time, every month.
Pay your bill by having your account drafted. We can arrange to have funds drawn from your bank or credit union checking or savings account to pay your fiber bill. You do not have to write a check or put your payment in the mail.
You will still receive your monthly bill as usual so that you know how much will be drafted. Your account will be drafted around the 15th of each month.
If you wish to sign up for automatic bank draft, please contact our office at 1-844-847-8283. You may also sign up for credit card drafts through the SmartHub App.
